Before you begin
- You can sign in to the Razorpay account you want to use.
- You have permission to manage payment gateways in Wtflo. If you cannot see Account or Payment Gateway, ask your workspace owner.
- You know whether you are testing or accepting live payments. Use Razorpay test keys until you are ready to go live.
Get your Razorpay keys
- Open the Razorpay Dashboard in a new tab and sign in.
- In Razorpay, go to Settings → API Keys.
- Copy the Key ID and Key Secret. Keep the Key Secret private—do not share it in chat or screenshots.
Add Razorpay in Wtflo
- In Wtflo, click Account in the left sidebar.
- From the Account menu, click Payment Gateway. You will see the Payment Gateways page, including an Add Gateway button near the top.
- Click Add Gateway. A panel titled Add Gateway opens.
- In Display Name, enter a name you will recognise later, for example Razorpay.
- Open Gateway Provider and select Razorpay.
- Paste your Razorpay Key ID into the field labelled Key ID.
- Paste your Razorpay Key Secret into the field labelled Key Secret.
- Click Create at the bottom of the panel.
Check that it worked
You are finished when:The Add Gateway panel closes and Razorpay appears as a row in the Payment Gateways table. Check its status before relying on it for customer payments.
Before accepting real payments
If something is not working
