What your Wallet is for
Your Wallet is separate from your Wtflo subscription. It may be used for WhatsApp messaging charges that Meta applies when you send certain types of messages.
Not every workspace uses Wallet. If you do not see a Wallet section in your account, your WhatsApp billing is managed another way and there is nothing you need to set up here.
Check your available balance
- In the left-hand menu, select Account.
- Open Wallet or Wallet Credits.
- Look for your available balance and recent usage. This is the amount currently available for applicable WhatsApp messaging charges.
Add credit, if your workspace allows it
- Open Account → Wallet.
- Select Top up.
- Choose the amount and complete payment using the options shown in your workspace.
- Return to the Wallet page and check that the new balance is displayed before starting a large campaign.
Why the balance can change
WhatsApp messaging charges are set by Meta. They can depend on the recipient’s country and the type of conversation, such as Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service. The amount shown in Wtflo is for usage; it is not a Wtflo plan upgrade.
If something does not look right
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| You cannot find Wallet | Your workspace may not use Wallet. Check your account billing details or ask your workspace owner. |
| Your balance is low | Top up if the option is available, before sending more messages. |
| You expected this to be your Wtflo subscription | Wallet covers applicable WhatsApp usage. Your platform subscription is managed separately. |
| You have a question about a charge | Contact Wtflo support with a screenshot of the Wallet page and the date of the charge. |
